Refunds And Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Size and color cannot be changed after placing the order.
- Kindly follow the size chart to follow the correct size . When in doubt ,order a size bigger.
- Incase the item is returned to us due to wrong address , then we are not responsible for it. You have to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item OR we will be refunding the amount after deducting shipping charge.
- We do not accept or provide refunds, returns or exchanges except in case of major damage with usability issue/Wrong item send (Color / Size different from that of order).
- In case you face such a situation as mentioned above its a must that we need an unboxing video. Return request without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- If you have any such return request, then kindly contact us through our Mail (varnasakhi@gmail.com) within 24 Hrs. After that we do not entertain any of the returns/refunds.
